The letters were cut on the CNC.

The frame was constructed from 3/4″ lumber core. The edges angled and chamfered to fit.

Mounting screws were filled before the base coat of paint. Then a final wood-grain-esque texture was applied.

The letters were then attached to a peice of flat bar which was in-tern mounted to the painted water tower. I used a printed template to acheive the proper letter spacing.

The legs were attached via CNC’d mounting holes.

It’s final position on stage at Santa Fe Playhouse.
